PortfolioMMAStinsonSquareMMA Training at East Coast Martial Arts consists of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing. If we feel you are ready, and you decide to take a fight, there is a 9 week Fight Camp where you develop your game plan, conditioning, and mindset.

If you think you want to get in the cage, we suggest you come in and try our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing classes, meet everyone, and start training right away!
